Now recruiting radiologists

Read for a group that answers to physicians, not shareholders.

MILV contracts board-certified radiologists and imaging practitioners across on-site, hybrid and fully remote schedules — sub-specialty aligned, volume you agree to in advance, and no corporate intermediary between you and the read.

Department of Radiology and Diagnostic Medical Imaging

Medical Imaging of Lehigh Valley, P.C. has served eastern and northeastern Pennsylvania for more than 45 years. Through our partnership with the Lehigh Valley Health Network, our practitioners read across a full acute-care and outpatient footprint — trauma, oncology, neuro, women's imaging and interventional — with the modality mix and case complexity that keep a sub-specialty practice sharp.

We contract independent radiologists and advanced imaging practitioners directly. Terms, shift blocks and read volume are negotiated with the physicians you will actually work beside.

Why practitioners contract with us

Built for the way radiologists actually want to work

Contracts written around your calendar

Weekly blocks, seven-on/seven-off, weekend-only or per-diem coverage. You set availability before the quarter is built.

Reading tools that keep you fast

Unified PACS, structured reporting, AI triage on stroke and PE, and home workstations shipped and supported by our informatics team.

Physician-led governance

Compensation models, worklist rules and quality standards are voted on by practicing radiologists — not set by an outside management company.

Sub-specialty peer coverage

Every practitioner reads within their fellowship. Second opinions and cross-cover are one message away, day or night.

Engagement models

Three ways to contract with MILV

Independent contractor
1099 engagement with negotiated per-RVU or per-shift rates, malpractice with tail coverage included, and quarterly volume review.
Fully remote reading
Licensed in Pennsylvania and credentialed once; read from your own market with hardware, VPN and support provided.
Locums and per-diem
Short-term blocks for holiday, leave and surge coverage — credentialing handled by our medical staff office.
Radiologist reading remotely on a home diagnostic workstation

From practitioners already reading with us

“I came for the stroke volume and stayed because the worklist respects my fellowship. I have not read a study outside neuro in three years.”

“My contract is seven-on, seven-off, fully remote from Pittsburgh. Credentialing took six weeks and the informatics team shipped my workstation before day one.”

“Rates and call structure were set in a partner vote I took part in. That is a very different conversation than the one I had at my last group.”
